To secure your appointment and any future appointments we now require:

• Current card on file To update our systems,

Cancellations and Fees

Reminder that we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, which will be charged to your card on file. Clients who do not show up to their appointment without proper notice will be charged 100% of the session fee using the payment method on file.

A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Arriving past 10 minutes is treated as a no-show and your appointment will be forfeited.

Collecting Your Pup

After your appointment: we will contact you approximately 15 minutes before your dog is ready. You have up to 45 minutes from being contacted to collect your dog. This means you will have ONE HOUR from the time we message you. Please respond to the pickup message as soon as possible to confirm you have received it and to let us know your ETA

If you arrive after this time, late fees will apply. 

Our fee is $15 every 15 minutes

We are a small salon with limited space and we try to maintain a calm environment in the salon for both the dogs and the groomer's sake.

Dogs MUST be on a leash when entering or exiting the premises. We have automatic doors and are not responsible for any dogs that leave without proper restraint.
