We do NOT offer anal gland expressing as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian.
We do NOT accept dogs in heat. Please notify us if your dog has just begun heat, so we can reschedule the appointment for 2 weeks after they stop bleeding.
We do NOT accept dogs with fleas. If your dog has fleas, kindly reschedule your appointment after thoroughly flea-treating them. In case fleas are found during the grooming session, we will charge a fee starting at $20 for flea bathing and clean up.
We do NOT subject dogs to painful de-matting. If your dog is matted, it will require a full clip, most likely short to the skin to allow a fresh start. Fees may apply.
On Drop off And Arrival
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early - 10 if you’re a new customer! Anything more than ten minutes early will incur an early drop off fee starting from $20.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to cancel your dog's grooming session. In such case, a cancellation fee of 50% of the groom cost will be charged and sent via invoice and you won’t be able to rebook with us until that has been paid.
We charge a late pick up fee starting from $20 if you aren’t here within half an hour of the finish time. E.g. we message at 2:15PM for pick up at 2:30 - you have until 3PM before we will start to charge you. We are a small salon with limited space and we try to maintain a calm environment in the salon for both the dogs and the groomer's sake
Dogs MUST be on a leash and collar when entering or exiting the premises. We have automatic doors and are not responsible for any dogs that leave without proper restraint.
We ask all clients to please toilet their dogs before arriving at the salon so that they remain comfortable and happy. Please be mindful that we do NOT take your pooch to the toilet while they are in our care.
Aggressive or “bitey” behaviour: Before the service, It is your duty of care to inform staff if you suspect your dog to be aggressive towards other dogs or people. An “aggressive fee” may apply and the safe application of a muzzle may also be necessary at times for the safety of the humans and other dogs. Any aggressive dogs may be refused service if we determine we cannot safely groom them.
We have a zero tolerance for aggressive or rude behaviour towards our staff at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal or person for any reason.
Cancelations/No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Anything less and a cancellation fee of 50% of the groom will be charged and sent via invoice, and you won’t be able to rebook with us until that has been paid.
If you do not show for your appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment fee due to loss of revenue. You will be sent an invoice and you won’t be able to rebook with us until that has been paid.
